  雲天之間

Kuo-yu lives in a world in perfect symbiosis with nature; she does not judge it as beautiful or ugly, nor does she reduce it to a pretty picture or abstract it from life.

國鈺生活在一個她與自然共生共存的世界中；她並不以美或醜來判定這個世界，也不把這世界簡化為一幅美麗的圖畫，或把它從現世中抽離。

Hers is a nature that carries mankind’s presence deep within it: the human element impacts nature with its sufferings and dreams, and although seemingly absent due to its ephemeral passage, it is nevertheless a part of this nature.

國鈺的世界就是自然深處蘊涵的「人的本質」。是人這個要素，與人的苦難及夢想衝擊著自然，雖然這些衝擊看似微不足道，因為人畢竟只是自然界中短暫的過客，但無論如何，這些衝擊都成為自然的一部份。

Man both exists and doesn’t exist, but he has transformed the face of the earth by adding his dramatic imprint to the grand innocence existing before him.

對漫長的自然界而言，人類的存在，可有可無；然而，人類卻在這久遠、清白如紙的自然界留下了種種痕跡，改變了地球的面貌。

His dreams hover over the emerald green of the trees-the same trees that the old Chinese masters painted through the centuries, the same trees that inspired Leonardo when he painted them in the background of his portraits.

人的夢，迴盪繚繞於翠綠色的林木間；而這些林木，就是千百年來中國畫師們所繪的林木；也就是這同樣的林木，賦予達文西靈感，把它們畫進了人像畫的背景之中。

Kuo-yu’s vision and technique progress hand-in-hand, true and faithful, pure and without pretension or superficial effects. It is a vision that conveys life’s complexity by superposition of several of it’s dimension, through the eyes of a poet.

國鈺的洞悉力與繪畫技巧肩並肩地進步著，真確又忠實、純淨又不矯飾，且無任何膚淺的表像。透過她那雙詩人的眼，那種洞悉力，能從交疊著的不同層面傳達出生命之複雜性。

After obtaining her Diploma of Fine Arts at the University of Chinese Culture in Taipei in 1995, Kuo-yu obtained her Advanced National Diploma of Plastic Arts from the “Beaux-Arts School of Paris” in 2001.

國鈺在1995年於台北取得中國文化大學藝術系的學士學位後，接著於2001年自法國國家巴黎高等藝術學院取得法國國家高等造型藝術文憑。

She has participated in both France and Taiwan in collective exhibitions such as the “Salon des Independants” in Paris, and the Hall of Social Education in Taipei.

她參加過台灣與法國兩地多項聯展，展出地點如巴黎的獨立沙龍（Salon des Indépendants）及台北社教館等。

During the year 2001, Kuo-yu won first prize from the Salon d’Automne in Paris as well as the “Julien Feron’ prize”. Selected for several exhibitions such as the “Pavia Young European Art” in the Italian International contest.

2001年，國鈺於巴黎獲得『秋季沙龍』 (the Salon d’Automme)首獎，以及『朱利安費儂繪畫獎』(Julien Feron’ prize)，她的作品在許多畫展中脫穎而出，廣受好評；諸如義大利著名國際畫賽『帕維亞歐洲青年美術大賽』 (Pavia Young European Art)
